wistful thoughts on wisteria lane
hello dear friends. it was a bleak and rainy day for the most part.
i spent a lot of it thinking about my uncle who passed away and was buried today.
when the sun came out in the early afternoon everything seemed to change and the colors came back
and the scents, and the feelings.
goodbye uncle george, you will be missed and i’ll think of you often.
and see you everywhere. bon nuit~

Enjoying your blog. I was in Paris last October for 2 weeks and used Haven in Paris to stay in the Columbier in Saint Germain. Loved it and love Paris.

Firstly, my codolences for your loss. Your pictues and words are a lovely tribute.
May I ask where the pictures of the flea market were taken? I hope to leave for Paris in two days (we have an ill dog that may require us to stay home for awhile) and I would love to visit that spot.
Thank you!

So much loss lately. I’m so sorry to hear about your uncle. It must be difficult being so far away from your family right now. I lost one of my friends last week, 4 in the last year and one kitty. It sucks. Thank you for the wisteria pictures. I love those flowers.

I like how you ended your lovely tribute to your uncle with “…and see you everywhere. bon nuit.”
It got me thinking of how often I see something that reminds me of special people in my life who have died…it’s like a gift from them that keeps on giving.
