night at the museum

happy saturday night~i hope you’re enjoying some downtime this weekend. for lots of us it’s another indoor day due to winter weather but sometimes that’s the only way things get accomplished with all the distractions out there. as of yesterday i vowed to do a little something each day to upgrade my home, even if it’s just the slightest change. today i decided to tackle a wall that’s been driving me crazy. it’s funny how you can get so used to something even though it’s an eyesore and this was the day i just wasn’t gonna take it anymore! it’s still not finished but before i started a quick trip to pinterest for a little inspiration led me down a path of eye candy and creativity. if you have a minute (or an hour) to get lost, put ‘gallery wall’ or ‘museum wall’ into the search over there and you’ll find some wildly creative designs.

it’s fascinating to see how these walls are freeflowing without restriction, and seem to be hung in an unapologetic, playful way.

i had to quit mine because it got too dark but i’ll finish it tomorrow.

in the meantime i hope you enjoy these

but for now i’m going to check out cause i’m having technical difficulties with my connection and am lucky to have gotten this far. i won’t press my luck and will sign off for tonight. have a wonderful one!

    Dearest Claudia~

Love it… just beautiful. It’s how I’ve done my walls since I moved out of my parents’ home.

I hope you enjoy your days in your museum,
