bonjour, sweet friends, Ça va bien? it’s close to midnight and just about time to close up shop for tonight. it’s utterly silent outside and i’m hoping for a good, deep sleep.

    Years ago I found that for some reason I sleep best when closest to the ground or floor. Maybe it simply made me feel more grounded. But comfy big beds make me feel the complete opposite, unless they have a really firm mattress.
