on with the show

allo cheries, how’s life?  seems like forever since i’ve been able to sit back and enjoy blogging. seems no matter how much i tried to keep up with work while i was away, it was just impossible. toss in a couple deadlines for articles and it’s a recipe for vegging instead of blogging.

still, i wanted to get back to the dang maison et objet show recap. if i don’t do it now i never will. i’ve seen the photos a million times but you haven’t.  so i hope you enjoy another day of trends. are you over it yet? there’s still more!

i hoped to have the links up but still have not busted in to the stack of cards and papers but i promise i will. till then, some trends!

The trend that grabs my attention the most is “lots of linen”. I absolutely LOVE linen– from clothes to upholstery to carpeting– I’m crazy about it! Great photos!

They are such amazing and unusual finds. The mesh curtain, green wall and oversized and dramatic shower wall are all pretty special. However, right now I feel a bit “quieter” and would simply enjoy some of the beautiful and traditional linen. Have a lovely weekend, Love from London xo

Glad to see you’re blogging. Great pix from the Paris show but I especially enjoyed the handset iphone. What a neat idea for an office. I can even picture a houndstooth headset.

Is that a shagreen finish in the second last pic? It’s GORGEOUS! Also loving the vertical gardens and the Moroccan/Byzantine tiles – all very inspirational, thanks for sharing your images with the world!

Love the first pic with the drapey (silver lame?) drapes. Everything is fun to look at. Also love the indoor pocket garden. And, I want all those linen fabrics on the rollers. I don’t want much! Thank you, Claudia, for always being interesting.

That iPhone “phone” is a hoot! Is it actually a charger? Or just decorative?
