dream a little dream
happy monday everybody! i hope you had a fabulous and fun filled weekend and are charged up to take the world by storm this week :)
it’s is going to be a busy week for me and right now i’m off to the DCOTA to get ready for the event on thursday and pull some fabrics and wallpapers from pierre deux. i’m hoping to find some to use on the boudoir moderne line. anyway i’m excited to explore the design center and will take some pics if i can.

in the meantime i wanted to send a big bienvenue/welcome to Kimberley Peyt who has just joined me as a sponsor. kim is living her dream life in a suburb of paris where she works as a wedding and event planner.
her events are to die for beautiful! if you get a chance, pop over to her blog and site, they’re full of gorgeous photos, tips, and ideas on romantic places to propose, celebrate, wed and honeymoon.
thank you kim and i wish you the best of luck, it sounds like the perfect dream job. if and when i ever get married in paris, i’ll be calling you first!
ps before i go, i promised deb that i would post these two, Romeo and Hashi
cutie chin purebreds who are in dire need of adoption. i’m told right now they’re destined for a rescue shelter group to pick them up the end of this week. they are very well behaved little guys with excellent house manners.
if you’re interested in them, please call Rhonda at 615.779.3686 or email deb at normanddupreantiques@yahoo.com. thank you!

A busy week indeed – have fun looking at fabrics! I have a busy week too – off to Bath tomorrow for the day with a friend and then on Wednesday I’m flying to Dublin to stay with my Dad for a week. Here’s hoping he’ll take the baby out for some nice long walks to let me catch up on Passementerie…

I would love to elope to Paris and have thought about it – what a great idea to have a someone actually in the know to organize it. I thought it would be sort of a pain since I’d have to get married here again too but I girl can dream :-)
Hope you are well. xo

eloping would be fun but with kim at your disposal, may as well use her talents to organize a fete of a lifetime, non?
