hi guys, happy friday! i hope you’re ready to have a family and friend filled weekend with the ones you love.

i’ve been putting this off because, well, maybe i was a little nervous.

that is, till my blog bud renee fineberg called to say she’d be coming to an event i’ve been invited to host an afternoon for FCL in Pierre Deux at the DCOTA next thursday. i was thrilled to be invited but had no idea what an incredible day it’s going to be or that it was market week. having renee there is going to make it so much fun cause she’s a blast and knows the showrooms inside and out. now i can’t wait to explore the DCOTA and see all these legendary designers in person. if you’re in florida, i hope you can make it!

i’ve got to put a little presentation together so that’s gonna be my homework this weekend. for now it’s chocolate ice cream and then crashing early. bonne nuit and beaucoup d’amour!

hello dear friends. it’s been a week of non stop moving, but where and for what? well a lot happens in a day, a minute even. my last post about the pup made me realize that everything in my life has got to change or else i’ll just keep getting more of the same results. SO with that in mind, i’ve been on a mission to move. to give a pet a real home. and maybe give one to myself too. these are shots of the view i want and am visualizing as my new abode.

i crave this view because it symbolizes everything to me. lately i’ve been focused on the state of the world, how much we’re dumping into the oceans, what life would be like if it were not the environment we have now, but hotter and more violent, with oceans we can’t swim in.

i try to keep this blog pretty and i’m sure you don’t want to hear about this, but right now i feel we’re in a national crisis and need to tell the white house that we can’t afford to set up new coal mines which will pollute our waters. please join me in contacting them about the new mines in west virgina that are destroying american communities that are begging to be allowed to go green.
