it’s lovely weather for a sleigh ride together
hi everyone! it’s one of those cold wintry days where i could easily get sucked into the photo vortex and ignore all i have to do! ok, truth is i should already be with my nieces and nephs, parents et al making gingerbread houses so i have to make this short and sweet!
a life in focus photography via poetichome.com
i’ve been saving holiday pics to my desktop again and just wanted to share the links, not that any of us have a free sec right around now and sorry if you get pulled into the abyss too…
but some are too pretty to file away. besides, this is what i meant to shoot while i was in nyc but never got around to it! luckily heather at habitually chic took shots of doors (above) in nyc and bergdorf’s holiday windows for us, even with a bad cold. thanks heather!
some are just gorgeous inspiration shots by jessica enig of such pretty things (above)
others are great conversations, like vicki archer of french essence on the skirted roundtable

or see what they’re up to en paris, visit carla loves photography
and this i just couldn’t resist as an app lover…anyway i better jet. i’m gonna try to get some good shots of the houses and hopefully have some of my own festive pics to post. if i don’t get back here though, happy holidays and thank you all for a wonderful year. looking forward to sharing the new one with you too! xoc

Sigh. We had some beautiful Christmas’s when we lived in Paris. I remember our son and his friend on their new razors wheeling around the Louvre pyramid on a snowy Christmas morning. Thanks for the pretty images.

PS We are going to Paris is April and I believe I got the Haven in Paris referral from your blog.
