trying to stay au courant
wow, have you been maxing out on all the technology you have to keep up with lately? between twitter, facebook, blogging, the site, projects and the daily grind it’s getting to be pretty relentless!
this sketch is just one of a hundred i’ve been going through today and thought i’d share, just cause it’s done by hand and not a computer, camera or digital creation! now i’m going to tune in and drop out for awhile. hope you’re having a great night and i promise to come visit soon! xoc

This is so refreshing! I love the hand drawn picture above. You are right, we are on overload these days with all the sites we visit so often. I love coming to your blog for a nice getaway of sorts. :)

I am completely in sync with this. I am on the computer all day at work and then before or after hours…., my blog, facebook, and writing! That does not include the house and family time!

Yes!! Too much!! I have been trying to figure out all the various social networking sites and I feel like I spend more time online than I do pursuing my writing and accessory creating. I am hoping that as I practice the technological arts more and more that I will become more efficient at them! Balance! I need more balance in my life!

Claudia,
Vicki makes a great point. I’ve noticed a drastic decline in my penmanship since I quit teaching and now stay at home and work from the computer!
The only thing that I still can’t seem to jump into is Twitter…I’m either too stubborn or intimidated and not sure which one is the real reason for not trying it!
