she’s larger than life
hey guys, hope you’re warm and toasty this fine evening! i’m about to wind down but wanted to post on someone who, apparently, i could go on and on about! i say this cause what started as a quick jot has turned into an extraordinary look into one of my friend’s lives.
you may know one of the things i’m always fluffing is my web boutique. as previously discussed innumerably, one of my great thrills is collaborating with other bloggers to promote each other’s businesses and passions.
well, this is joy, a true earth mama who is my friend and blog bud. in our years online, i’ve seen her son get married, daughter have a baby, and recently we started working together by putting some of her finds into the boutique. we’ve never met but joy has one of those personalities that just beams through the ether.
while i was digging around for the some pics to describe her, i came across photos of her home and was blown away. these are all her shots in her house.
if you don’t know her, please go say hi. she’s a great resource and loves to shop. she’s out all the time and will keep an eye out for stuff for you and your boutique too.
i missed these…darn!
her blog has lots of her little treasures. we put some of the gems in my boutique:
et voilà, my shopping urge was satisfied and joy’s collection was born! a woman after my own heart too, cause i love it all to death! i actually want to keep this sconce for myself…thanks for sticking with me joy, i knew we’d get together some day :)
the stuff is peppered througthout the site
i want to keep this shade…and this cover
alors, it’s after midnight so i’m off to watch a little tube and shut this day down! night all!
ps: stay warm mom and dad!

I just came to you via SCF what a wonderful story of how you two connected, I told her it was not by chance but it was meant to be. I have several ladies in my life that this has happened with and the bond that happens is amazing and stays tied forever. I will be back for more visits to see what you two are up too. Loved my visit. Kathysue
