it’s not easy
not sure why these pics are blurry. anyway, hello all! hope you had a great weekend. it’s been a whirlwind here, trying to write an article, a proposal, book trips and hotels, apartments and generally keep my life on track as i go completely organic. it’s been fun to look for places for clients and friends.
these are a few i loved, maybe a bit extreme but fun for eye candy. and who knows, maybe someone will take one of them. i sure hope so! in the meantime, enjoy, it’s fun to browse and pretend!
for me apartments are much more fun than hotels and you get cleaning and concierge services too, and sometimes they’re even more attentive since it’s so one on one. looks like my childhood friend may join us and i’m trying to get liz there too. the only one missing is you!

ps forgot to mention, there’s always the ‘floating villa’!

Claudia,
Will you be creating an organic list of suggestions when you have completed your mission? I would love to hear about what you have found. In the meantime, I am drooling at the apartments you have found here. Yum! Mozart in particular!

Hi Claudia — saw your mention of going organic. For body products I ended up having more luck through indie bath and body companies on the web (my old blog beautymusings.blogspot.com has tons of them featured). Also Karley at Chic and Green Blog has some great tips for self-care and cleaning products http://kzmface.blogspot.com/

Every time I pop onto your blog I fall in love with the pictures! When I lived in Paris I dreamed of living in a lux apartment like the gorgeous photos you post! They transport me right back… dreaming of what could be in my over idealistic mind. Thank you for the eye candy!!!
Good luck going organic! You will feel amazing and your body will thank you!

OMG. The apartment you’ve show from parisattitude.com, could this be Madeline Castaing’s old apartment (totally redone, of course). I recognize that bathroom. Says it’s on the premier etage of a building on rue Bonapart; the map shows this at the corner of rue Jacob – If it’s over LadurĂ©e, bingo! If it is, it would be worth it to stay there just for that! I had heard that Merchant & Ivory had bought it just after she died.
Let me know!
