my camera is driving me nuts! i can’t get it to focus right. it may be time for a new one. do you have a point and shoot that you adore?

i’ve always had a love affair with california, even if it was just in my mind. something romantic about the sun and surf, hippies, laid back attitude and certain songs. i’ve never lived here but am really tempted. venice, ventura, burbank, each town has so much personality and life! everything is so lush and tall, the flowers and fruits hang from trees like the garden of eden! and one of the best parts is that everyone (especially san fran) is really into changing the planet. LA is a funny world of its own, everyone seems to have the same love/hate affair they do with new york. they swing between it being the best city in the world to feeling it will eat your soul. the endless obsession with age is a bit much, but i’m not in the ‘biz’ so i can indulge my other passions. today i hope to get to the museum of moving pictures, pom pom, the ivy and to my meet my other college roomie’s new rescued foal, manhattan. ok! off i go, have a great day!
