i visited about 4 salons in my hood yesterday. when i wrote ‘the paris apartment’ I loved the over the topness of frenchy interiors. i’ve calmed down a bit but these mansions are making me love it again! this time tho, only one piece of furniture needs to be in the room. i love the doors and could do without the total gilded lily but you KNOW i’m a freak for pink chairs AND turquoise ceilings!

this is a little detail from the above room. i’m not into angels and cherubs but i thought she was cute. and so fresh at 300!

    Everything is wonderful here !! I love the corridor where you see all the colors of the different curtains . it is an enfilade à la française.

    thanks everyone! i’ll keep on truckin! as for the tour, yes i give one of the Salons of Paris, places where ideas were discussed, music played, poems read and lord knows what debauchery went on under the guise of decorum!
