cashmere helps
well i’ve been busy trying to sort out everything and still keep my promise to improve my home a little everyday. i’ve been slacking but this is the latest. i brought in a lightweight cashmere blanket from the store that i’ve been coveting (but wait, it IS mine)when it was at the ‘store’ i had it on ‘display’, don’t unfold, don’t touch it too much….well it’s here now! my favorite color, summer weight and gorgeous!

I had to laugh at your post today. Isn’t it funny how we will do so much for others (in this case, your store) but when it comes to spoiling ourselves we hold back? I have done this so many times, pick something pretty up for my sisters or friends and never get something for myself. Hmmmm… I’m sure a pyschologist would have a field day with that! ;)

I have to agree with Joy, although after years of not ‘spoiling’ myself, I’ve decided that it’s impossible to get spoiled by being good to yourself, and you actually end up being better to others! How’s that for logic?
Now as to that throw… how heavenly! I love that you’ve given yourself this gift. You deserve it.

I also love that blue…we just painted our garage that color and it matches our SUV…I’m so tempted to decorate inside the garage…that I probably will :) Next I’ll be serving dinner out there. Whatcha going to do tomorrow?
